Gain mastery in the tools of digital multimedia creation, including photography, capturing video, non-linear editing, and podcast production! In this class, you’ll add depth and conceptual texture to your portfolio by learning how to produce works which span a multitude of digital media formats. You’ll learn how to use single lens reflex 35mm digital cameras, including how to use a light meter and different focal length lenses. You’ll also gain skills in professional lighting for both still photography and video shoots, as well as audio production, video production and editing, and digital image editing to create works that manipulate audio visual, and time-based elements while also creating a dynamic and impressive multimedia portfolio for yourself as an artist.
