Description

Young artists bring their original characters, stories, and artistic vision to life while learning techniques in ink, graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, pastels, and more. Projects vary from color exploration, character creation, to developing narratives. Your young artist will expand their creativity through this immersive experience in drawing and illustration.

Lauren Hollick is The Art Effect’s Director of Explore Programming. She is an alum of The Art Effect’s Art Institute and a beloved teaching artist in numerous programs at The Art Effect. Lauren has lived in the Hudson Valley her whole life and obtained a Bachelors in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz. Her current mediums of choice for her personal work are ceramics and India Ink.
